Mike's Hot Honey

Mike's Hot Honey is the original chili-infused honey that started the hot honey pizza movement. It's the same stuff that Paulie Gee's put on the Hellboy - the pizza that kicked off the whole trend. The heat level is moderate and approachable, with a clean sweetness that doesn't overpower.

The squeeze bottle makes it easy to drizzle in a controlled stream right after the pizza comes out of the oven. It's great on pepperoni, soppressata, or a simple Margherita.
