LloydPans 8x10 Detroit Style Pizza Pan

The smaller 8x10 LloydPans is perfect if you're cooking for one or two people, or if you want to experiment with Detroit-style without committing to the larger pan. It uses the same blue steel construction as the full-size version, so you still get that incredible frico crust on the edges.

I actually use this size more often than the 10x14 for weeknight pizza. Set PizzaLogic to 1-2 dough balls with the Detroit preset and you'll get the perfect amount of dough for this pan. The smaller size also means less flour, less cheese, and faster prep—ideal for a quick dinner.
