LloydPans 10x14 Detroit Style Pizza Pan

This is the authentic Detroit-style pan. LloydPans supplies many of the actual pizzerias in Detroit, and the blue steel construction is what gives Detroit pizza its signature crispy, caramelized cheese crust (frico) on the edges. No other pan material produces the same result.

The 10x14 size is the standard Detroit format and feeds 2-3 people comfortably. The straight sides and sharp corners are essential for the style—rounded pans just don't cut it.
